Please also be aware that many employers utilize either an onsite or a dedicated EAP as part of your employee benefits program; usually including anywhere from 2-6 sessions with an outpatient community-based therapist, and are also confidential, per state licensing requirements. Since these are employee benefits, insurance does not play a role in these appointed sessions and are free. Contact your HR department for further information.
